Maike is a social entrepreneur passionate about creating a world that favors all. She is a Partner at Relevant Ventures and a Co-Founder at SINA Global. She has 5+ years of experience developing accelerator programs and financial solutions for social entrepreneurs to scale their impact in East Africa. Prior, Maike has worked for 3+ years as a consultant for etventure / EY developing digital business models for German cooperates. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Maastricht University, is a certified Design Thinker from the HPI School of Design Thinking, and a certified Systemic Coach. Additionally, Maike is an incoming lecturer for social entrepreneurship at the ESMT Berlin, a finalist of the Global Solution Initiative, and a One Young World Fellow.
